Practical Assistance- Assist with end-of-life care and decision making, Help organize and execute end-of-life wishes, such as advance care directives and living wills, Coordinate with hospice and other medical professionals.
Emotional Assistance- Offer companionship, Help address fears, anxieties and emotional needs of my clients and their loved ones, Facilitate open conversations.
Spiritual Guidance- Provide a non-judgmental space for discussing spiritual or existential questions, supporting my clients in finding meaning and peace.
Education & Advocacy- Educating the client and their loved ones about the dying process, Advocate for end-of-life wishes to be fulfilled and respected.
