Grief Coach and end-of-life Doula
Your Journey Home provides structured, compassionate, and evidence-informed non-medical support for individuals approaching the end of life and for the families who care for them. Our services are designed to complement hospice, palliative care, and medical treatment by addressing emotional, spiritual, and practical needs that often fall outside the scope of clinical care. Our goal is to promote comfort, clarity, and meaningful connection during every stage of the end-of-life process. PRICING CAN BE FOUND HERE

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand the individual’s condition, wishes, cultural background, family dynamics, and support needs. A personalized care plan is created to guide ongoing support and ensure alignment with medical providers and family goals.
Let us carry the weight finding the right resources to get you and your loved one the services and resources needed, so that you can focus on what is most important to you. Affordable funeral options and grants are available if you know where to look.
Aging can be a time filled with confusion, anxiety and sometimes even chaos. I am here to make things easier for you. I will guide you in creating an End-of-Life plan that will bring peace and ease. I am here to advocate for you, to ensure that your final wishes are met & your decisions are informed, that any difficult but necessary conversations are had, to answer questions from complex situations such as real estate & trusts to the simple ones, like day-to-day care & to provide as much clarity as possible.
Families frequently express uncertainty regarding physical and emotional changes near the end of life. We provide clear, accessible information on expected symptoms, functional changes, and the natural progression of the dying process. This helps reduce confusion and anxiety while increasing preparedness.
End-of-life experiences can bring fear, grief, and unresolved emotions. We offer calm, consistent presence and supportive communication for both the individual and their loved ones. Our role includes helping families understand their emotional responses and offering techniques for grounding and coping.
During active dying, we provide ongoing supportive presence designed to promote comfort and stability. This may include environmental adjustments, soothing rituals, reassurance, and coordination with the family and care team. We help ensure that no one feels alone or overwhelmed during this stage.
Clients often find meaning and comfort in reviewing their life experiences. We assist with legacy activities such as storytelling, memory books, letters, audio recordings, or guided reflection. These practices support emotional closure and allow families to carry forward meaningful memories.
