Aging can be a time filled with confusion, anxiety and sometimes even chaos. I am here to make things easier for you. I will guide you in creating an End-of-Life plan that will bring peace and ease. I am here to advocate for you, to ensure that your final wishes are met & your decisions are informed, that any difficult but necessary conversations are had, to answer questions from complex situations such as real estate & trusts to the simple ones, like day-to-day care & to provide as much clarity as possible. 

 Taking care of your final wishes such as funeral arrangements, burial arrangements, financial matters, healthcare preferences, creating a comprehensive will, designating power of attorney, planning estate sales, scheduling donation pick-ups or junk removal. If you already have these things planned out, I am here to make sure they are executed in the way you intended.

 Creating space for my clients is my number one priority. Each client will have an individualized plan for communication and companionship. This can be a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meeting; in person, on the phone or virtual visit.

In the last moments of life, being alone isn't ideal. In the final transition, I will sit with you and hold space for you in your final hours.

Being a caregiver to a loved one can be taxing, I offer respite to give family & loved ones a break.
