-In-depth legacy and life review activities

-Support for family communication and decision-making

-Light logistical assistance

Designed for families who anticipate ongoing needs throughout the end-of-life process.

$110 per hour

Flexible sessions for emotional support, life review, education, family communication assistance, or planning.

 8 hours of bedside support

Includes:

-Continuous supportive presence during active dying

-Environmental comfort measures

-Emotional support for family members

-Coordination with loved ones

Hours may be used consecutively or broken into two visits depending on the situation.

Additional vigil hours available at the hourly rate.
